J. William Weinberg, former director of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency’s office of acquisition management, has joined Guidepost Solutions as managing director of its federal practice.

He also held positions at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and the Department of the Navy.
Weinberg is a recipient of the U.S. Navy Competition and Procurement Excellence Award and the U.S. ICE Award for Excellence in Management.
