TYSONS CORNER, VA, Nov. 28, 2017 IBM (NYSE: IBM) will deploy the Watson cognitive computing infrastructure for Australia’s defense department and provide InfoSec Registered Assessors Program certification services under an estimated $3.1 million contract, ExecutiveBiz reported Monday.
ARN reported Monday the department aims to utilize Watson to support artificial intelligence, machine learning and cognitive applications as part of an ongoing information technology transformation effort.
