TYSONS CORNER, VA, December 4, 2018 IBM (NYSE: IBM) has partnered with the U.S. Marine Corps to implement an artificial intelligence tool that will work to manage personnel and equipment data for planning troop deployments, ExecutiveBiz reported Friday.
Nextgov reported Thursday the Marines aim to use the technology to determine gaps in combat preparedness ahead of time using structured and unstructured data from force management applications as well as establish an effective allocation of resources even as unexpected situations emerge.
