Grace Lee, former senior vice president of global human resources at biotechnology firm Charles River Laboratories(NYSE: CRL), has been appointed chief HR and diversity officer at at Cubic (NYSE: CUB).
Her appointment is effective Oct. 29 and she will oversee Cubic’s diversity strategy as well as talent management, diversity strategy and organizational learning and development functions, the company said Thursday.
Lee has managed HR activities for 14K employees in America, Europe and Asia during her tenure at Charles River Laboratories.
She previously held a similar role at Beckman Coulter, TTM Technologies and IMI Severe Service.
Lee earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of the Philippines and a master’s degree in global leadership from the University of San Diego.
