TYSONS CORNER, VA, August 16, 2018 Hewlett Packard Enterprise (NYSE: HPE) is developing a high-performance computing system for the National Renewable Energy Laboratory under a partnership with the Energy Department aimed at accelerating research across DOE agencies, ExecutiveBiz reported Wednesday.
HPE said Tuesday the Eagle supercomputer, which will be equipped with Intels Xeon Scalable processors and Mellanox‘s EDR InfiniBand fabric, will help the laboratory expedite research and development of energy technologies for data sciences, vehicles, wind power and other applications.
