Silvia’s Parsons Career
The executive has worked at Parsons for 14 years. Before his most recent promotion, he served as technical director of cyber analytics and engineering, where he was tasked with overseeing the technical strategy and growth within the company’s cyber and national operations directorate.
Prior to that, he was technical director and principal systems engineer for five years. Silvia joined Parsons in 2011 and served as a technical director and senior systems engineer for seven years. In this dual role, he led cyber-focused initiatives, business development opportunities and systems engineering for various projects.
