Arlington, Virginia-based technical services provider National Technologies Associates has bought V1 Analytical Solutions for an undisclosed sum to add new intelligence analysis, operations support and specialized training services for defense customers.
V1 President Ralph Cacci will join NTA as vice president of the V1 business unit and V1 board member Eric Olson, a retired U.S. Navy admiral, will move to the NTA board of directors, NTA said in a press release.
“We are excited to expand our services and solutions through this acquisition,” said NTA President and CEO Mike Fraser.
“The V1 culture is a perfect match with NTA and will allow us to continue to provide the highest level of expertise, quality and commitment to our customers mission,” Fraser added.
Washington, D.C.-based consulting and investment banking firm Indian River Advisors provided advice to NTA on the transaction while Rock Hall Partners served as financial adviser to V1.
NTA offers program management, systems engineering, configuration management, logistics, technical training, production engineering and cybersecurity support to government customers.
