Hilary Hageman
Hilary Hageman, a veteran business and legal professional, has been named senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary at Cubic (NYSE: CUB).
She will directly report to Bradley Feldmann, chairman, president and CEO of Cubic and a previous Wash100 awardee, and succeed the retiring Jim Edwards, who will serve as executive adviser through June 2020, the company said Monday.
Hageman will oversee the company™s legal department, contracts, ethics, security and global trade compliance efforts.
œHilary brings experience in corporate law on a global scale, as well as deep industry expertise in government and commercial contracting and M&A to her role at Cubic, Feldmann said.
Hageman previously worked at Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC) as SVP and deputy general counsel. She has held senior legal counsel positions at the Department of Defense, intelligence community and CACI International (NYSE: CACI).
