TYSONS CORNER, VA, Oct. 9, 2017 A division of Huntington Ingalls Industries (NYSE: HII) will assist in the U.S. Navy‘s training efforts on command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance systems under a potential $43 million contract, ExecutiveBiz reported Sept. 29.
The company said Sept. 28 its technical solutions division will support the design, development, installation and implementation of training components for tactical afloat shipboard, ashore and submarine C4ISR systems potentially through September 2022.
“This award is the result of the first true collaborative effort of HIIs integrated mission solutions team and our fleet support team,” said Andy Green, president of HIIs technical solutions division.
