He will report directly to Don Godwin, vice president of business management and chief financial officer at NNS.

Mulherin will move to the role of vice president of supply chain and strategic sourcing at NNS.
Who Is Roger Kelly?
Kelly began his career at HII in 1999 as a nuclear engineer who supported the Virginia-class submarine program. Throughout his time at the military shipbuilding company, he held positions of increasing responsibility, including, most recently, as director of contracts and pricing.
The executive holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a master’s degree in business administration, both from Old Dominion University.
