TYSONS CORNER, VA, September 5, 2018 ” Huntington Ingalls Industries‘ (NYSE: HII) Newport News Shipbuilding division has elevated Xavier Beale from the role of human resources operations director to vice president of trades and successor to the recently retired Ray Bagley, ExecutiveBiz reported Tuesday.
The company said Friday Beale will report to Newport News Operations VP Matt Needy and oversee production trades, trades management, trades administration and the shipbuilding division’s apprenticeship vocational school.
