Hexagon has wrapped up its acquisition of Thermopylae Sciences and Technology, a Virginia-based provider of geospatial, mobile and cloud computing software platforms to government and commercial clients.
Thermopylae will operate under the U.S. federal business within Hexagon’s geospatial division, the Sweden-based precision measuring technology company said Friday.
Announced in February, the deal aimed to combine technology offerings from both parties in a push to help customers acquire location intelligence data to support tactical missions.
