A Herndon Aerospace & Defense subsidiary has won a potential $108 million contract from the Defense Logistics Agency to provide industrial hardware for the U.S. Army‘s aircraft maintenance efforts.
The contract contains four base years and two three-year options and was competitively procured with five offers received, the Defense Departmentsaid Friday.
Herndon Products will perform work in Missouri and Texas through July 31, 2020.
The DLA Troop Support is the contracting activity and will use the agency’s defense working capital funds for fiscal year 2016 through fiscal 2020 to pay for contract work, DoD noted.
