The company will build office and conference rooms, renovate restrooms, repaint wall and ceiling structures as part of the firm-fixed-price task order, the Department of Defense said Thursday.
DOD added the contractor will provide air conditioning, lighting, fire alarm systems and emergency passageways.
Naval Facilities Engineering Command received three proposals for the task order under a multiple-award construction contract and obligated the full value at the time of award.
The project has an estimated completion date of May 2022, according to the award notice.
