Heather Gray, former senior director of capture management at General Dynamics‘ (NYSE: GD) information technology business, has joined SOS International as vice president of capture and proposals, G2XChange ETC reported Thursday.
Gray first joined the General Dynamics IT business in 2016 as a capture management director, a role she held for more than two years, then worked at AT&T (NYSE: T) for seven months as executive capture manager before returning to GDIT earlier this year.
She also served as senior capture manager at NT Concepts and spent more than 10 years at CACI International (NYSE: CACI).
The certified project management professional holds a bachelor’s degree in international affairs from University of Colorado Boulder and an MBA degree from George Washington University.
