Conigliaro brings to the role over two decades of leadership experience as she oversees SkyePoint’s corporate strategic priorities and people operations, the company said.
She has been with SkyePoint for over eight years and has held positions of increasing responsibility, including chief operations officer and chief programs officer, chief of corporate operations and corporate program manager. Her industry career included management roles at CACI International (NYSE: CACI) and Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC).

As COO, Newlin oversees SkyePoint’s integrated growth strategy and revenue expansion efforts across existing and new accounts.
Prior to SkyePoint, Newlin served in the same capacity at Apogee Research. She held senior leadership positions at several companies, including Jacobs (NYSE: J), BAE Systems and Northrop.
