Searle most recently served as HawkEye 360’s chief business officer, according to a press release published Wednesday. He was promoted to the role in February after spending two years as the company’s vice president of strategic finance. Before joining HawkEye 360 full-time, he was a member of its board of directors and audit committee for four years.

Craig’s leadership will guide the financial strategy necessary to support customer mission success and advance HawkEye 360’s position as the premier provider of signals intelligence.”
Searle brings two decades of finance experience, including a decade working in mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions. He previously served as vice president of finance and strategy at 21.co; a director on the strategic investments and acquisitions team at Advance, an investment firm with assets in media, communications, technology and other sectors; and as a director for investment banking at UBS Investment Bank.
Searle holds a master’s degree from Columbia Business School and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Rochester.
