TYSONS CORNER, VA, Aug. 7, 2017 Harris (NYSE: HRS) will supply multichannel handheld, manpack and small form-fit radios to the U.S. Army to undergo evaluation as part of a risk reduction and operational test program, ExecutiveBiz reported Friday.
The company said Thursday the delivery order calls for Falcon III AN/PRC-158 radios that feature a software-defined architecture, as well as vehicle installation kits, ancillaries, training and field service representatives.
