TYSONS CORNER, VA, Aug. 10, 2017 ” Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) has received from Harris (NYSE: HRS) the third of 10 navigation payloads for the Global Positioning System III satellites that will work to build on signal power, accuracy and jamming resistance for the U.S. Air Force, ExecutiveBiz reported Wednesday.
Harris said Wednesday the newly shipped payload will be integrated into the GPS III Space Vehicle 3 this summer, with the delivery of the fourth payload scheduled in the fall.
