Tucker came to Lockheed in November 2010 after service at the State Department spanning almost a decade, which included roles as program director for political-military relations in South Asia, chief political-military adviser of the U.S. Embassy in Kabul, Afghanistan, and deputy office director of the Pakistan Desk.
In 2001, the State delegated Tucker to the U.S. Senate Foreign Relations Committee as a presidential management fellow.
