In a LinkedIn post Monday, the company said Ahluwalia will help NuAxis continue delivering information technology modernization support to federal customers through DevSecCXOps and other strategic services.
He will build on his experience in government service, having worked as Labor Department CIO for nearly eight years and as deputy CIO before that.
Ahluwalia was also deputy director within the Office of Business Informatics at the Food and Drug Administration prior to joining DOL.
His career also includes time at Agentrics and Apptis.
Commenting on Ahluwalia’s appointment, NuAxis CEO Raza Latif said, “Many years ago, I was contemplating if the discipline of CX had a place in federal IT, and then a wise CIO affirmed my belief at a town hall. His talk fueled my confidence! Today, that very CIO, Gundeep Ahluwalia, has joined us at NuAxis Innovations as our EVP and Chief Innovation Officer. With his energy and expertise, we are all set to deliver DevSecCXOps for our federal clients.”
