Guidehouse has received a potential 10-year, $150M contract from the State Department to provide platforms and related technical services for the bureau of diplomatic security’s Identity Management Services acquisition program.
The department announced the contract award in a notice posted Thursday.
The indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract calls for the company to deliver an identity and card management platform that maintains cardholder identity and credential records, complies with federal standards and can be interoperable with the systems of other federal agencies, according to the statement of objectives.
The contractor should provide the capability to enroll staff and issue personal identity verification cards, facility and logical access cards and facility access cards to employees and come up with a plan to transition users, cards and existing identities to the new platform.
Guidehouse will also provide technical support, information assurance, program management assistance and user support and training services.
The IDIQ contract has a one-year base term and nine option years.
