The General Services Administration Assisted Acquisition Services has released a request for information and market assessment discussion notice on behalf of the Office of Personnel Management to identify industry capabilities for the estimated $750 million USA Hire Support Services II contract.
AI-Enabled Assessment Delivery System
According to the RFI and MAD notice posted on SAM.gov Thursday, OPM seeks input on a scalable, commercial online assessment platform capable of supporting millions of applicants annually across federal agencies. The agency aims to identify industry best practices for securely managing assessment content and delivering assessments online, including video interviews and remote proctoring.
OPM is also exploring how to leverage artificial intelligence and machine learning in developing and scoring assessments, preventing applicants from misusing AI, sharing data safely between platforms, connecting different assessment systems and ensuring assessments can be delivered smoothly across the government.
Psychometric Support & Technical Assessment
Vendors must offer psychometric support for assessment development, job analysis and program evaluation. The platform should deliver technical skills-based assessments and support synchronous and asynchronous video interviews integrated with USA Staffing, the federal hiring platform.
Interested parties can submit their responses by Oct. 8.
