GSA Releases Final Solicitation for Alliant 3 GWAC

The General Services Administration has issued the final request for proposals for the unrestricted pool of the third iteration of the Alliant governmentwide acquisition contract for information technology products and services.

GSA said Saturday questions regarding the RFP for the Alliant 3 GWAC should be submitted through the Google Form no later than July 26, and responses to submitted questions are expected to be released on Aug. 23.

Alliant 3 is a multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract that seeks to provide federal agencies access to integrated IT services-based platforms to meet existing and evolving needs worldwide.

IT services include artificial intelligence, 3D printing integration, Agile development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, critical infrastructure protection and information assurance, digital government, digital process automation, enterprise resource planning, robotic process automation and software development.

Proposals are due Oct. 28.

In April, GSA released an update to the draft solicitation for Alliant 3. The second draft RFP for the contract was issued in December 2023.
