Greg Beason, a more than 30-year aerospace industry veteran, has been appointed president and CEO of military aircraft sustainment services provider AllClear.
He will oversee AllClear and its subsidiaries through the company’s headquarters in El Segundo, California, AllClear said Wednesday.
Beason previously served as executive board chairman of AllClear and CEO of Wencor Group. He also held executive roles at Honeywell (NYSE: HON) and Danaher (NYSE: DHR).
Beason said the merger of Kellstrom Defense and Aero Precision positions AllClear to provide more comprehensive platforms for customers.
“The ability to provide JIT parts, repair services and our engineering and manufacturing-expertise sets us up to further integrate with our customers,” he added.
