Cajade joined the naval nuclear components provider after two years at TERREPOWER, formerly BBB Industries. At the sustainable manufacturing company, he led as executive vice president and chief people officer.
Before TERREPOWER, he was at Otis Elevator for over eight years, where he held leadership positions such as senior VP of HR for the company’s workforce in the Americas and chief talent and diversity officer.
He also held top HR positions at United Technologies’ South Asia Pacific and Europe, Middle East, and Africa businesses.
His resume also includes a short stint as a senior director for HR at Sikorsky.
Cajade has a bachelor’s degree in industrial relations from Universidad Argentina de la Empresa and a master’s degree in business from IAE Business School.
