It is the 10th year of the now storied Wash100 Award, the most prestigious recognition of both current success and highly probable future triumphs in the government contracting and federal sectors. To determine who will be recognized each year, EM’s voting body considers hundreds of candidates, assessing them based on leadership, innovation, vision and reliability, among other distinctions. Those honored are societal cornerstones: CEOs, thought leaders, technology experts, military generals.
2023 marks Tarulli’s first Wash100 Award. He has been singled out due to his impressive work leading the financial services firm’s global investments in aerospace, defense and government services. Among the major GovCon-related deals last year that caught EM’s eye were Sachs’ advisement to Vectrus during the company’s all-stock merger transaction with the Vertex Company to establish the newly formed V2X, as well as its private equity business’ investment in Fortress Information Security.

Executive Mosaic is thrilled to watch as Tarulli makes more impactful contributions to GovCon and the American imperative in the year to come. Congratulations to Michael and his whole team at Goldman Sachs.
