Reston, Virginia-based professional services firm Golden Key Group and its five teaming partners will provide managed human resource services to the Department of Commerce under a potential six-year, $110M contract.
GKG said Wednesday it partnered with IBM (NYSE: IBM), Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC), Lindholm & Associates, OBAN and ManpowerGroup to support the department’s HR operations via the Personnel Action Request, Payroll, and Benefits Services contract .
The team will provide PP&B services through a 20,728-square-foot shared services contact center in Landover, Maryland, that GKG is redeveloping and expects to open in March to support as many as 100 employees.
The department awarded the contract under its Enterprise Services Program.
