According to the notice posted on SAM.gov Wednesday, the Tamuning, Guam-based company will provide design and construction services for both H-308 and H-434 housing projects. Under the Replace Andersen Housing Phase IX and X contract, the selected contractor will build up to 178 duplex units, including housing units with three or four bedrooms, single-story family houses and single family houses. H-308 or Phase IX, will cover the construction of 136 family units, while up to 42 family units will be built under H-434, or Phase X.
A request for proposals notice was initially issued on May 14, 2024. The solicitation for the design-build contract involved two phases. Proposals submitted in phase one were evaluated and up to five of the most qualified offerors were selected for phase two. Global Pacific was then chosen after a trade-off source selection process.
