TYSONS CORNER, VA, November 12, 2018 DynCorp International CEO George Krivo has said the company is working to scale up its business with up to $4B in targeted annual revenue through potential merger and acquisition opportunities, ExecutiveBiz reported Oct. 11.
Krivo, a 2018 Wash100 awardee, told Defense News in an interview posted Oct. 10 that DynCorp could be part of a series of consolidation efforts among “second-tier” defense logistics service companies over the next year as the market places increasing importance on scale, which he said would also support business efforts to establish and sustain a global footprint.
