Naval Sea Systems Command launched a full and open competition and received two offers for the USS Bataan (LHD 5) fiscal year 2024 docking selected restricted availability, the Department of Defense said Tuesday.
NAVSEA issued a solicitation for the ship’s FY 2024 DSRA in August.
General Dynamics NASSCO–Norfolk will perform work in Norfolk, Virginia, through May 2026.
The firm-fixed-price contract has a base value of approximately $311.2 million.
