A General Dynamics (NYSE: GD) unit has been awarded a $549.9 million contract to supply Stryker armored vehicles to the U.S. Army.General Dynamics Land Systems is scheduled to complete the task by Feb. 28, 2019, the Defense Department said Thursday.
Stryker is an eight-wheeled and medium-weight armored vehicle that incorporates a weapon system designed to protect dismounted troops.
