TYSONS CORNER, VA, June 6, 2019 General Dynamics‘ (NYSE: GD) information technology business will work with the Department of Health and Human Services under a $49M multi-award contract to utilize artificial intelligence and other technologies for HHS modernization efforts, ExecutiveBiz reported May 30.
The company said May 30 General Dynamics Information Technology will vie for task orders to help the HHS Program Support Center pilot, test and deploy new technologies and processes designed to facilitate increased efficiency for the agency workforce.
“GDIT will utilize our expertise in AI, blockchain and other next-generation technologies to help transform HHS business processes and enhance their mission delivery,” said Kamal Narang, vice president and head of the GDIT health sector.
