The General Dynamics business unit said Monday Nedzbala will serve as chief business officer of the enterprise business office and Johnson will succeed him as senior vice president of federal civilian, effective Jan. 1, 2026.

Nedzbala, a seven-year GDIT veteran, will be responsible for advancing corporate development strategies that enhance the delivery of differentiated technology services to government agencies. He spent 18 years at SRA International, holding executive positions, including executive VP of the health and civil group. He was the chief operating officer of health sciences at Constella Group. He also worked at United Information Systems and the Washington Consulting Group.
Who Is Jylinda Johnson?
Johnson, who has also served at GDIT for seven years, will oversee the strategic direction, growth, planning and operational performance across teams delivering IT and professional services to government agencies. She previously served as sector VP and general manager before her promotion.
The executive was with SRA for over five years as senior portfolio manager, operations manager and director of the SRA PM Institute. She worked at SAIC for over a decade as assistant VP, task manager, deputy project manager and lead software systems engineer.
