Gary Wang, a former chief technology officer at IBM(NYSE: IBM), and Peter O’Donoghue, a former vice president at CSRA (NYSE: CSRA), will serve as VPs within Unisys‘ (NYSE: UIS) federal business.
Wang will oversee Unisys Federal‘s cloud-related products as VP for cloud and infrastructure services while O’Donoghue will be responsible for the organization’s application modernization efforts as VP for applications services, Unisys said Friday.
They will report directly to Unisys Federal president PV Puvvada and support the development of the Blue Bell, Pennsylvania-based information technology provider’s service offerings in their new roles.

“Gary and Peter bring tremendous expertise to Unisys as leaders in cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure and application development, and they have proven their ability to win new business and to deliver secure technology solutions to government, ” said Puvvada.
Puvvada added that Wang and O’Donoghue will contribute to the company’s effort to support client initiatives into cloud services, DevOps and agile development.
Wang is previously CTO for cybersecurity and biometrics at IBM and held several senior executive roles at Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) in his career.
O’Donoghue managed CSRA’s technical strategies to promote innovation and transformational business growth as the company’s former solutions and alliances VP and chief technology officer for the civilian agencies business.
