The Government Accountability Office has started to seek information on vendors that could help the agency assess its enterprise information technology needs and come up with a strategic plan to facilitate its IT modernization effort.
A request for information notice posted Thursday says GAO plans to award a one-year acquisition contract for IT platforms and services, which will be used by the agency to develop an IT modernization roadmap.
The contract will focus on three IT priorities: enterprise IT strategy, talent management and enterprise content management.
