Galveston Coastal Services, a Houston-based joint venture, has won a potential eight-year, $228M architecture and engineering contract from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
USACE received four bids for the project and will assign performance locations and funds with each order, the Department of Defense said Wednesday.
The Pentagon expects contract work to conclude by Dec. 10, 2027.
