Gail Hogan, vice president and chief information officer at Noblis, is stepping down on April 5 after a more than four-decade career with the Reston, Virginia-based science, technology and strategy services provider.
Hogan has provided leadership and strategic direction for deploying information technology services and transitioning enterprise systems to the cloud and other new platforms and services, Noblis said Thursday.
“Together with her team, she’s built a highly resilient and secure enterprise infrastructure and delivered transformational IT services that have lasting impacts on Noblis missions and those of our customers,” commented Mile Corrigan, president and CEO of Noblis and a 2023 Wash100 awardee.
Hogan began her career at Mitre‘s publications and graphics division before moving to IT automation and systems administration. She helped set up the enterprise technical architecture at Mitretek Systems, which changed its name to Noblis in 2007.
She will remain in her position while Noblis conducts an executive search to appoint a new permanent CIO.
