Frank Vitale, former senior vice president of the private banking group at Clear Mountain Bank, has joined information technology consulting firm KeyLogic Systems as chief human resources officer.
He will be responsible for implementing strategies to increase employee performance and engagement and will also oversee recruitment and training programs in his new position, KeyLogic said Feb. 1.
“His experience and deep desire to coach and motivate everyone around him will naturally compliment our culture of professional and personal growth while supporting challenging work of national importance, ” said Jon Hammock, KeyLogic Systems president and CEO.
Vitale has previously worked in various HR and operations management roles in the financial services and healthcare industries.
He is also a 17-year veteran of the West Virginia Army National Guard, where he was awarded a Meritorious Service Medal and a Army Commendation Medal for his service.
