He will manage the development and implementation of SNC’s people strategy, talent acquisition, learning and development, benefits and total reward, inclusion, diversity and equity programs and other HR-related operations through the company’s office in Englewood, Colorado, SNC said Friday.
Peloso has been with SNC since June and brings to the role over two decades of experience leading HR programs at aerospace and defense companies worldwide.
SNC Chairwoman and Owner Eren Ozmen said Peloso has a track record of guiding HR teams and organizations and his expertise will be key as the company pursues growth initiatives with a focus on talent recruitment and retention efforts.
Prior to SNC, Peloso spent seven years at Vectrus, where he served as SVP and chief HR officer.
He also worked at ITT for more than a decade and held HR leadership roles.
