TYSONS CORNER, VA, March 2, 2016 Fortinet (Nasdaq: FTNT) has partnered with NATO’s Communications and Information Agency to pursue information-sharing efforts to boost cybersecurity, ExecutiveBiz reported Tuesday.
Derek Manky, a global security strategist at Fortinet, said in a company blog entry posted Monday that the current cyber threat landscape calls for intelligence collaboration between NATO and the private sector.
“Security vendors have a responsibility with the global ecosystem to share threat findings with each other and end-user advocacy groups, ” he said.
