Ted Wright
Ted Wright, a more than 30-year aerospace and defense industry veteran, has been appointed CEO of the defense business at vehicle manufacturing company Navistar International (NYSE: NAV).
Wright most recently served as CEO of security products and services provider The OGara Group. Before that, he was executive vice president and chief operating officer of Vectrus (NYSE: VEC).
His corporate career has also included leadership positions at KBR‘s (NYSE: KBR) North American government and defense sector, BAE Systems, ITT and ACADEMI. He also worked for Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC) earlier in his career as a staff scientist.
Wright served at the U.S. Air Force on active duty from 1979 to 1985 and as a reservist from 1985 to 2009.
