Sean Kelley, former deputy chief information officer for account management of benefits and veteran experience at the Department of Veterans Affairs, has been appointed vice president for the VA business area at General Dynamics‘ (NYSE: GD) information technology arm, FedHealthIT reported Tuesday.
Kelley most recently served as executive VP at Herndon, Virginia-based data analytics company Unissant. Before that, he held a VP role at Leidos (NYSE: LDOS) and oversaw the consolidation of its military and veterans business development organizations into a single unit.
He also worked as chief information security officer at the Environmental Protection Agency and hosted a monthly radio show about the cyber domain.
His two-decade U.S. Navy career included time as a medical service corps officer.
