Casey Coleman
Casey Coleman, formerly vice president of federal civilian business group at Unisys (NYSE: UIS), has joined Salesforce (NYSE: CRM) as senior VP of the customer relationship management technology firm’s global government solutions unit, GovCon Wire has learned.
She oversees Salesforce’s global enterprise positioning strategy for the government and public sector in her new position.
Before she moved to Unisys in 2015, Coleman was client executive VP at AT&Ts (NYSE: T) government solutions business and was responsible for the delivery of the telecommunications firms professional and information technology products and services to federal civilian agencies.
Coleman, an inductee into Executive Mosaic‘s Wash100 for 2015 and 2014, previously served as chief information officer at the General Services Administration, where she helped manage cloud computing initiatives that include GSA’s transition to cloud-based email and collaboration tools.
Her previous roles at GSA include CIO for the agency’s Federal Acquisition Service, chief technology officer and deputy associate administrator.
She held sales and consulting roles at several technology firms that include Verint subsidiary Kana Software, Kintana, Pure Atria and True Software.
Coleman also worked at Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) as a senior systems engineer from 1987 to 1995.
She also served as co-chair and member of the Federal CIO Councils executive board for two years and as government chair for the American Council for Technology – Industry Advisory Councils Executive Leadership Conference.
