TYSONS CORNER, VA, Feb. 27, 2018 Systems Planning and Analysis has added Cecil Haney, former commander of U.S. Strategic Command, to the company’s board of directors, GovCon Executive reported.
SPA said the retired U.S. Navy admiral brings experience from his military service in areas such as defense acquisition, nuclear deterrence, missile defense, space and cyber.
