Charles Cosgrove, former chief financial officer of information technology services contractor STG, has been appointed to the same position at IAP.
The three-decade financial management veteran will work at IAP’s office in Alexandria, Va., and oversee its financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax, program financial control, internal audit and government compliance functions, the company said Tuesday.
IAP CEO Terry DeRosa said Cosgrove brings leadership experience at government contracting organizations to his new position as the company seeks new growth opportunities.
Cosgrove led STG’s financial operations from November 2015 through its sale to SOS International in April of this year.
He previously held positions at CRGT, Comtech Telecommucications‘ (Nasdaq: CMTL) mobile data business, KBR (NYSE: KBR), Affiliated Computer Services and Planning Research Corp.
