Louis Chabot, former lead solutions architect at Perspecta (NYSE: PRSP), has been appointed chief technology officer at Fairfax, Va.-based information technology consulting firm Axiologic Solutions.
Axiologic said Thursday Chabot will oversee the company’s technology-focused research and development operations as well as product integration efforts to help achieve customers’ mission goals.
He previously worked at ManTech (Nasdaq: MANT) as vice president and chief solution architect with responsibility over its cybersecurity, analytics and managed services portfolio.
Chabot also served as data scientist at Dynamics Research Corp. before he joined ManTech in 2014.
“Louis’ vast experience, including his close work with members of the defense and intelligence communities, together with his commitment to ensuring national security, is a perfect fit for our newly created CTO role,” said Andy Baratta, president of Axiologic.
Chabot brings to his new role more than three decades of experience helping lead programs involving artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, big data, high-performance computing and cloud technologies to support the defense and national security communities.
He holds a professional software architect certification from the Software Engineering Institute and taught at George Mason University as an adjunct professor.
Axiologic is a service-disabled, veteran-owned company that offers IT and systems engineering services to clients in the intelligence community and the departments of Defense and Homeland Security.
