Christopher Voci, former vice president and controller of Northrop Grumman‘s (NYSE: NOC) innovation systems unit, has been named senior VP and corporate controller of CACI International (NYSE: CACI).
Voci will oversee CACI’s accounting and financial reporting functions and help ensure its compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, the company said Tuesday.
He previously served as VP, controller and chief accounting officer at Orbital ATK before its acquisition by Northrop.
Ken Asbury, president and CEO of CACI, said Voci will help drive the company’s strategy to secure new business, manage operations and utilize capital for growth efforts.
Voci has experience in business management, mergers and acquisitions, finance, project management and communications.
