Lisa Hook, former president and CEO of information services provider Neustar (NYSE: NSR), has been appointed to serve on Unisys‘ (NYSE: UIS) board of directors beginning Feb. 15.
She brings more than 30 years of media, entertainment and information business management experience to Unisys, the company said Wednesday.
Hook previously held executive roles at SunRocket, AOL, Time Warner and Viacom International.
