Alion CEO and Chairman Steve Schorer said Fuchs has played a role in the restructuring, integration and infrastructure planning efforts following the acquisition.
Schorer added the company seeks to grow offerings in the electronic warfare, artificial intelligence, data analytics, cybersecurity, cloud and intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance areas.
Fuchs, a three-decade engineering and technology services veteran, previously served as a CIA officer and as CEO at TASC, OAO Technology Solutions and ATS Corp.
